Amazon RME — Freestanding Cleaning Station Shadowboard
A custom-designed and manufactured cleaning station shadowboard built for Amazon RME. The floor-standing unit carries a white "Cleaning Station" header flanked by Howcroft Group logos, with ten bright blue vinyl silhouettes shadowing each cleaning implement so every tool has one obvious home. Integrated hooks, clamps and a dispenser are mounted as part of the board, and Howcroft-branded edge tape and a footer strip carrying our contact details finish the unit. Here it is photographed wrapped in our own warehouse, ready for dispatch on our own fleet.

Amazon RME — Free-Standing PPE Notice Boards (Inbound & Outbound FOB)
Howcroft Signs designed and manufactured a pair of freestanding PPE notice boards for Amazon's RME (Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering) team — an 'Outbound FOB Area PPE' unit and an 'Inbound FOB Area PPE' unit. Each board is built on a bright-blue powder-coated steel frame with heavy-duty H-shaped floor bases, carrying a dark-navy chevron-printed composite face with the 'amazon rme' wordmark, a row of black PPE hooks with individually numbered 'Harness and Helmet' labels, and a footer safety notice reading 'Safety Harnesses and helmets must be returned to PPE Lockers at end of shift', flanked by harness and hard-hat pictograms. Fabricated in-house at our Rotherham workshop and delivered ready to install on the warehouse floor.

Amazon LBA2 — Scanner Station & CRE Briefing Zone (Before & After)
Howcroft Signs manufactured and installed branded operational signage for two zones at Amazon's LBA2 Fulfilment Centre — the scanner station and the CRE (Controlled Reception Environment) briefing zone. The project video below shows the before-and-after transformation of both areas, from bare warehouse environment to fully signed, compliant operational zones with Amazon-branded wayfinding, safety and zone-identification signage.

Amazon RME — DSA6 Fulfilment Centre Partition Signage
Howcroft Signs designed, manufactured and installed a suite of freestanding branded partition walls for Amazon's RME (Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering) team at the DSA6 Fulfilment Centre. Each unit features a dark-navy chevron-patterned composite fascia, a large rounded-corner viewing window finished with a black gasket trim, the 'amazon rme' wordmark (white 'amazon' with the signature smile and bright-blue 'rme'), and a circular DSA6 'Fulfilment Centre' emblem bearing a hard-hat-and-crossed-pickaxes crest. Fabricated in-house at our Rotherham workshop and delivered ready to install.

Amazon FC LBA2 — Contractor Control & Safety Signage
A complete rebrand of the Amazon Fulfilment Centre LBA2 reception and Contractor Control station. Howcroft Signs designed, manufactured and installed a full vinyl wall and desk wrap programme that transformed a plain yellow-fronted reception into a fully branded, safety-led environment — covering the rear wall, the curved three-section reception desk, and the adjacent entry / no-entry doors and floor zone.

Full design, manufacture and installation of large-scale fabricated wall wrap panels for the Amazon LBA2 Pick & Stow briefing zone. The project included integrated Gemba board graphics, scanner station housing and LBA2 branding across the full perimeter — all delivered with zero operational downtime.
