1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Howcroft Signage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Howcroft Group Limited provides custom signage manufacturing, design services, and related products including:
- Custom signage design and manufacturing
- Installation services
- AR visualization tools
- Design consultation
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices exclude VAT unless specified
- Volume discounts available for bulk orders
- Custom projects may require site surveys for accurate pricing
4. Payment Terms
50% deposit required on acceptance of quote. Balance due on completion before installation. Payment accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or approved credit accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Designs created using our platform remain your property. Howcroft retains rights to production methods and may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with client approval).
6. Warranties
- Materials: 5-10 years depending on product type
- LED illumination: 50,000 hours minimum
- Workmanship: 12 months
- Weather resistance: Tested to UK climate standards
7. Limitation of Liability
Howcroft Group Limited liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
