Challenge

Branding had to work around an operational engineering bay that could not be taken out of use: structural columns, the workbench, lubricant equipment and the COSHH area all sit within the partition run, and the technical content has to stay legible against a busy gear and node pattern.

Solution

The graphics were set out around the existing bench, equipment and column positions so panels butt-joined cleanly and every fixing cleared the services behind. Poster sets were designed on their own high-contrast panels and positioned at reading height rather than over the decorative artwork, and the chequer-plate kick plate was carried across the base of each screen for protection in a working engineering zone.

Challenge

Working in a live operational corridor with constant footfall, an active doorway to keep clear, and glazing, a wall-mounted postbox and fire equipment all to work around. Layout lines had to be marked out and approved on the wall before print, then installed without closing the route.

Solution

The wall was templated and set out against the door reveals so every panel butt-joined cleanly around the entrance and existing fittings. Graphics were produced as individually manageable panels and installed in stages, with the PIT safety infographic kept as one uninterrupted panel.

Challenge

Cleaning equipment was being stored loose around the site, making tools hard to account for and leaving the cleaning station looking untidy between shifts.

Solution

We designed and manufactured the board in-house, applying colour-coded vinyl silhouettes so each tool reads at a glance, and building the dispenser and hook hardware onto the unit so it arrives as a complete station. Every board is wrapped and dispatched from our own fleet, ready to install.

Challenge

Keeping the navy chevron board face consistent across both the Inbound and Outbound variants while registering the 'amazon rme' wordmark, the numbered harness-and-helmet hook labels and the PPE return-notice footer precisely on every panel — all on a robust floor-standing frame built to cope with a busy fulfilment-centre floor.

Solution

CNC-cut composite board faces wrapped in custom-printed navy chevron vinyl, mounted to powder-coated bright-blue steel frames with H-shaped floor stabilisers. Each board carries six black PPE hooks with individual 'Harness and Helmet' number labels, plus the Amazon RME wordmark and harness/hard-hat safety icons printed into the header and footer panels.

Challenge

Installing operational signage across two active Amazon LBA2 zones — a scanner station and the CRE (Controlled Reception Environment) briefing zone — without disrupting shift workflows, while matching Amazon's strict brand and safety standards.

Solution

Off-site fabrication of brand-matched panels and zone graphics, then a rapid out-of-hours install at LBA2 so both the scanner station and CRE briefing zone were signed and compliant with zero downtime for the operation.

Challenge

Producing a consistent chevron vinyl wrap across multi-section panels with a seamless horizontal join, while keeping the large window cutout and the circular DSA6 badge registration perfectly aligned on every unit.

CNC-cut composite panels wrapped in custom-printed navy chevron vinyl, assembled with concealed fasteners along the vertical edges, and finished with a black gasket-trimmed window and precision-applied Amazon RME and DSA6 badge graphics.

Challenge

The existing reception was a plain white wall with a single paper chart and a curved desk with mustard-yellow front panels — unbranded and inconsistent with Amazon's FC LBA2 operational standards. The works had to deliver a cohesive Contractor Control identity, integrate mandatory Fire, Life & Safety messaging (FLS / KEEP CLEAR), and add clear entry / no-entry wayfinding, all within a live, 24/7 operational facility with zero tolerance for downtime or safety compromise.

Solution

Howcroft manufactured and installed a comprehensive vinyl signage package: a dark navy wall wrap with technical blueprint-style line art and large-scale 'FC LBA2 / Contractor Control' branding; a dedicated red FLS (Fire, Life, Safety) zone framed with diagonal hazard striping and 'KEEP CLEAR AT ALL TIMES' messaging; a full curved-desk wrap featuring the Amazon wordmark, a gear motif, and a 'SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY' panel with SEE IT, LOTO and SPEAK UP safety icons; plus green-arrow ENTRY and red NO ENTRY door signage with yellow door-swing floor decals. All graphics were produced in-house and applied with minimal disruption to site operations.
