Amazon RME — DSA6 Fulfilment Centre Partition Signage
Project Overview
Howcroft Signs designed, manufactured and installed a suite of freestanding branded partition walls for Amazon's RME (Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering) team at the DSA6 Fulfilment Centre. Each unit features a dark-navy chevron-patterned composite fascia, a large rounded-corner viewing window finished with a black gasket trim, the 'amazon rme' wordmark (white 'amazon' with the signature smile and bright-blue 'rme'), and a circular DSA6 'Fulfilment Centre' emblem bearing a hard-hat-and-crossed-pickaxes crest. Fabricated in-house at our Rotherham workshop and delivered ready to install.
Client Goals & Challenges
Producing a consistent chevron vinyl wrap across multi-section panels with a seamless horizontal join, while keeping the large window cutout and the circular DSA6 badge registration perfectly aligned on every unit.
Our Solution
CNC-cut composite panels wrapped in custom-printed navy chevron vinyl, assembled with concealed fasteners along the vertical edges, and finished with a black gasket-trimmed window and precision-applied Amazon RME and DSA6 badge graphics.
Results & Impact
A durable, on-brand set of partition units delivered to the fulfilment centre, giving the Amazon RME team a professional, recognisable presence on the warehouse floor.
