Amazon MAN2 — RME Excellence Area & Automation Engineering Team Partition Branding
ZoomProject Overview
A freestanding partition branding scheme for Amazon MAN2's RME (Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering) team. The screens that divide the engineering bays are wrapped in a navy technical environment graphic - light blue gear and network-node linework with a sweeping orange arc - carrying the MAN2 fulfillment centre wolf emblem and "RME Excellence Area" and "Automation Engineering Team" lettering. Each partition is finished with a chequer-plate kick plate, carries the tooling it supports (motor winding, TBS alignment and pulley alignment tool holders) and hosts a six-panel condition-monitoring poster set covering ultrasound, Monitron, oil analysis, air leak detection, stroboscope and thermography, alongside a Lubrication "why machines fail" fault-finding infographic. The zone boundary is marked on the floor with a large die-cut wolf head decal.
Client Goals & Challenges
Branding had to work around an operational engineering bay that could not be taken out of use: structural columns, the workbench, lubricant equipment and the COSHH area all sit within the partition run, and the technical content has to stay legible against a busy gear and node pattern.
Our Solution
The graphics were set out around the existing bench, equipment and column positions so panels butt-joined cleanly and every fixing cleared the services behind. Poster sets were designed on their own high-contrast panels and positioned at reading height rather than over the decorative artwork, and the chequer-plate kick plate was carried across the base of each screen for protection in a working engineering zone.
Results & Impact
The RME team now has a defined, branded excellence area: tooling is stored and identified in place, condition-monitoring and lubrication guidance sits permanently beside the bay, and the partition reads as part of Amazon's site identity rather than temporary screening.
