Project Overview
A complete rebrand of the Amazon Fulfilment Centre LBA2 reception and Contractor Control station. Howcroft Signs designed, manufactured and installed a full vinyl wall and desk wrap programme that transformed a plain yellow-fronted reception into a fully branded, safety-led environment — covering the rear wall, the curved three-section reception desk, and the adjacent entry / no-entry doors and floor zone.
Client Goals & Challenges
The existing reception was a plain white wall with a single paper chart and a curved desk with mustard-yellow front panels — unbranded and inconsistent with Amazon's FC LBA2 operational standards. The works had to deliver a cohesive Contractor Control identity, integrate mandatory Fire, Life & Safety messaging (FLS / KEEP CLEAR), and add clear entry / no-entry wayfinding, all within a live, 24/7 operational facility with zero tolerance for downtime or safety compromise.
Our Solution
Howcroft manufactured and installed a comprehensive vinyl signage package: a dark navy wall wrap with technical blueprint-style line art and large-scale 'FC LBA2 / Contractor Control' branding; a dedicated red FLS (Fire, Life, Safety) zone framed with diagonal hazard striping and 'KEEP CLEAR AT ALL TIMES' messaging; a full curved-desk wrap featuring the Amazon wordmark, a gear motif, and a 'SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY' panel with SEE IT, LOTO and SPEAK UP safety icons; plus green-arrow ENTRY and red NO ENTRY door signage with yellow door-swing floor decals. All graphics were produced in-house and applied with minimal disruption to site operations.
Results & Impact
The reception was transformed into a fully branded Contractor Control station that reinforces Amazon's safety culture from the moment contractors arrive. Mandatory FLS and keep-clear messaging is now highly visible, entry and exit routes are unambiguous, and the space aligns with FC LBA2's corporate identity — delivered on time with no operational downtime.
