Site Survey & Foundations
We assess ground conditions and engineer a concrete footing rated for the sign mass and local wind load — no guesswork, just structural certainty.
Structural Design
Wind-load calculations drive the steel armature: every upright and cross-member is sized to exceed BS EN 1991 wind action requirements.
Material Fabrication
Panels are laser-cut and folded, stone cladding is precision-dressed, and every component is jig-assembled to guarantee a true, plumb finish.
Welding & Assembly
Structural welds are laid by certified welders and inspected, then cladding is mechanically fixed so it can be serviced without disturbing the frame.
Finishing
Steelwork is shot-blasted and polyester powder-coated for a hard, weatherproof skin; stone is honed or polished to the specified finish.
Illumination Integration
LED modules, conduit and access panels are pre-installed so on-site commissioning is a connection, not a build.
Installation & Commissioning
We crane the sign onto its footing, fix and level it, make the electrical connection and sign off with a full handover pack.
